Healthy drinks don’t need to be complicated or joyless. I’ve always believed that what we drink should feel nourishing, refreshing and a little bit special — not like a punishment. These are a few of my favourite easy drinks to make at home, whether you’re starting the day gently, taking a quiet pause, or sharing a moment with family and friends. Comforting, calming, and kind to your insides

1. Ginger, Lemon & Honey Warmer
This is my go-to when I want something soothing but still uplifting.
You’ll need:
-
Fresh ginger (peeled and sliced)
-
Half a lemon
-
A teaspoon of honey
-
Hot water
How:
Pour hot water over the ginger and let it steep for a few minutes. Add lemon and honey to taste. Simple, warming, and perfect first thing in the morning or mid-afternoon when you need a pause.
2. Cucumber, Mint & Lime Refresher

Lime wedges
-
Cold water or sparkling water
How:
Add everything to a jug and let it sit in the fridge for an hour. Serve over ice. It’s hydrating, refreshing and feels like a little treat.
